Now where gonna merge everything.. The way we do that is by first deleting the background. So click on the bg and go to layer delete layer. You should have checkerd board behind the logo. Now go to layer/merge all layers.. NOw go to layer duplicate layer. now that you have that go to layer/layer style/color overlay/ Change the color to white. After youve done that go to blending options and se the opacity to about 15. Then grap the circular marqee tool. Make a selection across the logo and press backspace. That should make it look glassy. Now go create a new layer, and color it white. Then place the logo on top of it and you should have something like this.
