Ok now we will make a mouth. So grab the pen tool once again. Create a new layer call it mouth. Now we will draw out a mouth.








Now that we have that go once again and feel it in, and make it black.








Ok now finally we will make the teeth. So just select the area under the mouth and feel it out white.










I know what your saying. That doesn't look like teeth its just a white space. I know, but now we will cut out the teeth using the polygon lasso tool, which is second on the tool menu to the left.
