Ok so now its time to make the hair. I'm going for something wild and spiky. So once again if you haven't noticed we will use the pen tool. I personally believe it s the greatest tool when using photoshop. Ok so now create a new layer and call it, "hair". So we will draw out the hair and it will look something like this.
Ok so for the last time go to paths/and fill it in black, or maybe another color that you would like. You can even turn it into a logo or something. This is my final piece of work though. Good luck with yours.
