Lets do this:
Ok so now that you understand how we will do this grab the burn tool, and make sure the settings are the same as mine:







Ok so lets get started:

Start Burning the edges, don't make them to dark though.








Then we dodge the middle:







Now it does look a little pixely doesn't it? Thats ok because we can fix that by using the blur tool which is right next to the burn tool on the left side. So grab the tool and blur out all the pixely parts of the button.








There your done with your button so far, now all thats left to do is add the text. So grab the text tool and write out your text in white color.
