Viewing: Half Sketch Half Painting.

OK now click on the original picture layer. Then go to filter/artistic/cutout. So now the original picture is also a cutout. Once you have done click on the top layer again which should be the sketch. Now what your going to do is grab an eraser tool of 300 pixels. Once you have done that you will erase of the sketch.
