Viewing: Its Puzzle Time!
Open your image. This is the one I will be using:
Duplicate background layer. Rename it puzzle.
Create a new layer. Place this layer between the two layers you have already. You can also rename this layer to background color or whatever suits you. Go to Edit > Fill. Use these settings:
Your layers palette should look like this:
