Step Three
Next is to trace around a puzzle piece that you would like cut out. You can use whichever tool you like. I used the magnetic lasso tool to trace mine. If you are skilled at the pen tool that will produce cleaner lines if you want to use that instead.







Hit Control + Enter to convert it to a shape.



Go to Layer > New > Layer via cut. This will place the piece on its own layer (you can rename this if you want)



To make it look like this piece is about to be put in we will just take our transform controls and move it and angle it some, and add a drop shadow: (you can adjust your settings to your specific image)
