19:Smudge Tool An excellent tool that lets you smudge areas and make cool ghostly texts such as the ghostly text tutorial. The tools that come along with it are also useful such as the blur tool will lets you blur certain areas.
20:Path Selection Tool The tool that lets you select a certain path and edit it or move it.
21:Pen Tool This honestly is the greatest tool you could use. This tool lets you draw shapes freely and edit them as you will.
22: Notes Tool A very nice tool that lets you make side notes of what you should do or what you need to do. Can be very useful actually.
23:Hand Tool Last but not least the hand tool which is also a simple tool that lets you move layers around.
