Viewing: Portfolio Template

We will be making a portfolio template. So lets start by opening up a new document, size 800 by 800. Then go to layer/new layer/call it background1. Now what we will do is make a simple background. So select the color, "FFAE00". Then just color in the background. Now that you did that grab the rectangular marquee tool.
Then make a rectangle all the way across the background and color it in the color, "FFBC2C".
