Now that we have done that it is time to make the main layer of the template. So go to layer/new layer/ and call it main layer. Then grab the rectangular marquee tool again. This time you will go from the left hand top corner and you will drag it to the bottom right hand corner, leaving about 20 pixels on each side. Then color it in the color, "ffffff".
