Now what you will do is create a new layer again. Then make a slightly smaller circle on top of that one that you just made. Make sure its a darker color. Then after you do that you will press these buttons at the same time, "ctrl,alt, button up". Press this about 10 times. Now with all those layers you duplicate click the one on top. Then make it a slightly lighter color by going to blending options.
