I also added a drop shadow to my flower.
Next I flattened my image. I put a orange thin stroke around the whole thing and moved it to a new document.
Then I added a tiger background and put it diagonal instead of just straight. And I also put a stroke on it. Then I put the animal print background I made, and put it at the very back. Again, added a stroke.
And here is my final image:
