Viewing: Web 2.0 Glossy Button
First open a New Document, 200px by 200px. And fill the background with black.
Next use the Rounded Rectangle tool to draw your button. Change the radius in the top bar to 10px and fill your button with a blue (#1A67A4).
Now you can rasterize the shape layer. Select the button and go to Select>Modify>Contract, select 1px.

Now create a new layer and use the Gradient tool with a Linear Gradient. Use (#1A67A4) and (#42AFEA) as your two values.
