Open up a new document make it a size 500 by 500. So we can have some space to work with. Grab the paint bucket tool and color in the background, "333333". Then create a new layer. Call it circle. Then grab the elliptical marquee tool. Draw a perfect circle by holding down shift. Make it the size you want your logo to be. Then color it in the color white.
